About the Chef

I am a vegan (for 25+ years) recipe developer, caterer, and personal chef. I have won multiple recipe contests, including one in which the prize was a trip anywhere in the world. I ended up traveling to Paris, Venice, and Florence with my mom. My recipes have been published in several magazines and newspapers, including Cooking Light, Taste of Home, Vegetarian Times, Ventura County Star. I also developed recipes for food brands, including Oroweat, Minnesota Wild Rice, Boca Burgers, Bela Sun Luci Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and many more. I specialize in veganizing recipes, creating healthy, plant-based food. Cooking is my art and I take great pleasure in demonstrating that veganism isn’t restrictive nor difficult. It’s all about swapping out any animal product for plant-based alternatives in order to live a more conscientious and compassionate life.
